I applied for a job today. It's only part-time but it is at photography store called Allen's. They sell equipment, print photos & I think they have a studio as well but not sure. I'm really hopeful that it will work out. It isn't much but it would be a start to getting out of the UPS Store and into something that I really want & like. So I'm keeping my fingers crossed. :D I'm really nervous about it though. I'm afraid Buddy & Sherry won't want to work around my schedule. The hours at Allen's they said would be usually a 1-7pm shift three days a week. Which like I said isn't much but it's a start. I really really hope I get it.
So I went to talk to the dealership where I bought my car to see if I could refinance it. I walked in and this guy was standing there & was all "hey!? have you been here before?" I said yeah & he said that I looked familiar and I asked his name. He said it was Ray, which was the guy I bought my car from. I thought he looked familiar too but didn't want to make a fool of myself. But yeah. Needless to say he is one very good-looking man. :D So I talked with him for awhile, they got the info they needed from me & I was on my way. But seriously, it made my day to see a good-looking guy & actually have him remember me. :P Good times.
I didn't get a raise. No surprise. I didn't expect one, but I was hoping for one. Lame. It sucks. I know I say this all the time but I really hate living paycheck to paycheck. Having to budget every little thing, never having any money left over just to spend on whatever. Oh well. What can I do right?!
