it's raining again

And I love love LOVE it! The rain make everything so clean and fresh! Not to mention the smell! Mmmm! Wonderful! :D I'm crazy, I know...most people would be absolutely sick of it by now...considering it's been raining for almost a week & a half straight & more to come this week. But it's so nice to me. :D

So it was a  no-go on the job at Allen's. I'm a little bummed. Even though it was part-time & not exactly what I wanted to do, it would still have gotten me away from the UPS Store. But oh well. I'm trying really hard to think positive about it all and hope that it means something better is coming along.

Random update on school: I've decided to wait another year to apply to the Art Institute. In Utah if you're 24, married (go figure), or have a child, you receive better financial aid. It's then based off of MY income instead of my parents. Not that I haven't received alot of good financial aid before but I'd get better and probably more once I'm 24. So I'll wait. I know alot of people may think I won't go back because I've taken so much time off from school and changed majors so many times. But to me, I just think of it as 'why waste the money, time & effort on something you're not going to love to do?' So it took me 2 1/2 years to figure out what exactly I wanted to do, who cares?! Now I know and I will get it done. It is obviously taking longer than I had ever anticipated but things happen. I'm still working towards what matters for me, not to someone else.
