Not so easy to do these days.
I'm all about cheap...& it's even better if it's cheap and it's good quality. I spent $4.50 on eyeliner today and it is crap. I normally buy this cheap-o brand that's $2.50, but Walmart was out of that kind so I bought a better brand for a couple dollars more. And it's a worse product. Why would I pay more for a name brand product that doesn't work nearly as well as the off brand product? Point in case, I wouldn't (not normally) nor will I ever do it again. It was a waste of money since I will not use it and end up buying another kind to replace the one I just bought. Lame.
