I headed out of Provo at midnight Friday morning...I knew it was going to be rough so I
attempted to sleep for a few hours before...I'm not really sure how much sleep I got but I figured it was enough, plus I was pretty stoked just to be heading back so I wasn't to worried. In case anyone wants to know...Wyoming has got to be the absolute worst state to drive through. It's so incredibly boring, and trust me, dark nights, rain, and not being able to see anything doesn't make it any better! I stopped to sleep for an hour somewhere in between Rawlins and Casper...it was needed...plus I woke up to a beautiful morning!I got back into the wonderful state of South Dakota around 10 o'clock Friday morning. Familiar roads make travel so much
easier. I stopped in Murdo to surprise my little sister and brother and to get my car checked out. My sister screamed, my brother just looked at me and smiled and my car is still not fixed. :P It was wonderful!! After spending a few hours there I went to Pierre to see Lee & Ally. Lee went off to a movie with her boyfriend Patrick for his birthday so Ally and I went to the Legion & the Longbranch. At roughly 10:30 that evening I had the brilliant idea to leave Pierre and head to Aberdeen, very stupid on my part. I stopped three times to sleep. The drive only takes 2 1/2 hours....
Anywho I got to Aberdeen where I was greeted with a wide-awake worried mother and I very frantically happy dog. Good to be home! I crashed. The next morning I stumbled out of bed and into another wonderfully busy day. I took my car in to get re-flashed, still didn't fix it but I'll get there
. Went over and surprised my sister-in-law and my nephew. It was sooooo good to see them both! oh and of course my brother, he was the whole reason why I went home!!! :D anywho. After that I went over to see my grandparents. They can still run circles around me that's for sure. Then again I was running on very little sleep...but still! :) A quick trip back to the house and then on to visit friends! It was great to see Mandy and be able to just chill for a bit. But of course we couldn't just sit around and do nothing so what did we do?? We hit up Walmart of course! (for any of you who have been to Aberdeen, you know there is nothing to do but Walmart) After that little extravaganza we headed back to my house for a small get together. The grandparents, aunt Pam, Abby & Ben were back from Ecuador, Maren & Jack, Jory, Nessa, & DK, mom, Mandy and myself all had grill out! It was delicious! After a few quick words and a lot of loud screams from the kids we all dispersed for the evening. Jory, Mandy & I hit up Walmart (again but this time with meaning) and then Mans and I went and watched a movie. After a long and glorious day back in A-town, I crashed. :D

But up again early the next morning for church. It was good to be back on familiar ground when it comes to that area. And of course even better to see Adele!! She & I went out for lunch (not a good idea but we got over it) and it was great to just catch up with her!
Afterwards, I went back and chilled with Mans where we decided to go to the park and take pics (only because we were sick of Walmart! :P)

Then it was back home for family time! Just goofing around with Jory and Nessa and DK was just what I needed!! A sad goodbye from my brother (it'll be a year before I get to see him again). Another day gone.

Monday morning I set out for Pierre to hang with Leti and to have lunch with Nickie & Heather. Chinese never tasted so good! Watched the Dark Knight with my best friend & then back to Murdo for some sleep.
Wednesday...travel time. The drive back didn't seem nearly as long as the drive to, until I hit road construction...it's summer...what could I expect?!?! But the night finally came in and I was back in Provo. This is home too.

So that's a recap of my week back home. To, From, and everything in between!
Until later! Goodnight!
